Pitambar is a bold entry in Nepali cinema, delivering an action-packed revenge drama centered on Pitambar, played powerfully by Pradeep Khadka, as he seeks to restore his mother’s dignity. The film departs from typical romantic narratives, focusing instead on themes of justice and emotion, with strong performances from Anoop Bikram Shahi and Divya Dev adding depth to the antagonist roles. While Purushottam Pradhan’s cinematography enhances the visual appeal, some action sequences feel overly choreographed, and the dialogue occasionally lacks impact. Despite these minor flaws, "Pitambar" stands out for its gripping background score, compelling fight scenes, and refreshing take on the action-thriller genre.
