Sushila Rayamajhi was a Nepali actress known for her natural acting in character roles. Her career began with radio plays, and she later worked as a government employee in Rastriya Naachghar. She gained recognition for her talent and dedication to the entertainment industry.
Sushila made her debut in a leading role in the Nepali movie 'Chot.' In addition to her acting career, she ventured into movie production and co-produced films such as 'Dhan Sampati' and 'Pinjada.' Her daughter, Samridhhi Rayamajhi, was the lead actress in 'Dhan Sampati.' Sushila's contributions to both acting and film production showcased her versatility in the industry.
Some of Sushila's last successful movies included Bhuwan KC's 'Ma Timi Bina Marihalchhu' and 'Sano Sansar.' Her talent and dedication earned her a special place in the hearts of Nepali movie enthusiasts.
Tragically, Sushila Rayamajhi battled cancer for several years, specifically in her womb. She passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2012, at B and B Hospital in Gwarko. Her body was kept at Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, as the industry and her fans mourned the loss of a talented actress and producer.
