Sanjeevani Bhelande, a notable Indian singer, has left an indelible mark in the music industry with her versatile talents.
Known for her melodious renditions, Sanjeevani has contributed significantly to Hindi cinema as a playback singer. Her notable tracks include "Chori Chori Nazrein Mili" from "Kareeb," "Nikamma Kiya," "Yara Rub Russ Jane De" from "Socha Na Tha," "Makhmali Yeh Badan" from "Road," "Chidiya Tu Hoti" from "Nayak," and several others, showcasing her versatility and range as a vocalist.
Sanjeevani's talent was recognized and acknowledged with awards and nominations, such as the Best Playback Singer Ashirwad Award for "Chori Chori Nazrein Mili" in 1999. She was also a nominee for Filmfare and Screen Awards for "Churalo Na Dil Mera Sanam."
Her journey began with a groundbreaking win in Zee TV's "Sa Re Ga Ma," making her the first winner of the show and the first to secure playback opportunities in Hindi films from a talent competition. She was selected by filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra to lend her voice to five playback songs for the movie "Kareeb."
