Samragyee Rajya Laxmi Shah, widely known as Samragyee RL Shah, is a prominent Nepalese film actress recognized for her contributions to Nepali cinema. Born on November 18, 1995, in Birgunj, Nepal, she has made a notable mark in the industry, earning accolades such as NFDC National Film Awards and NEFTA Film Awards.
Her acting journey began with her debut in the 2016 romantic drama "Dreams," which not only became a commercial success but also earned her multiple awards, showcasing her talent and potential in the industry. Subsequently, Shah appeared in various Nepali films, including "A Mero Hajur 2" (2017), "Intu Mintu Londonma" (2018), and "Rato Tika Nidharma" (2019).
Her role in Ashok Sharma's directorial project, "Rato Tika Nidharma" (2019), was accompanied by a significant achievement as she became the highest-paid actress in the Nepali film industry, reportedly earning 1.6 million Nepalese rupees for the role.
Beyond her acting career, Shah is known to have connections with the Nepali royal family through her grandfather, Pashupati Bikram Shah, adding an intriguing facet to her personal background.
