Ashish Ghimire is a well-known Nepali actor celebrated for his role as "Dhundhukari" in the hit comedy series Meri Bassai. He began his acting career at just 1.5 years old in the serial Geetanjali and became a familiar face by playing "Dhundhukari" for five years, starting at the age of six. His remarkable acting talent is rooted in his family background, as he is the son of famous actors Kedar Ghimire, known as "Magne Budha," and Sita Devi Timalsina.

Ashish's range as an actor shines through in various roles, including his portrayal of young Sandeep Chhetri in the film Signature and his appearances in the series Jureli. After stepping back from acting to concentrate on his studies, he earned a Bachelor's degree in IT. During this period, he also tapped into his creative side by working as an assistant director and writer for multiple series and music videos.

After graduation, Ashish refined his acting abilities under the guidance of Sunil Pokharel at Aarohan Gurukul Theatre. He displayed his skills in street performances and theatrical works like Gachchhami, directed by Sunil Pokharel, and Kaal, directed by Ram Bhajan Kamat.

Ashish Ghimire's journey illustrates his commitment to acting and his ability to juggle education with his passion. His impact on Nepali cinema and theater continues to motivate both audiences and aspiring actors.
