He was born on March 30, 1994, in Kathmandu, Nepal, to the esteemed Nepali actor Bhuwan K.C. and actress Sushmita Bomjan. Anmol made his acting debut in the coming-of-age comedy-drama "Hostel" (2013), which became a major success and marked the beginning of his journey as a leading actor.
