Aaryan Sigdel, born on August 5, 1981, and originally named Harish Sigdel, is a prominent figure in Nepalese cinema known for his versatile acting skills and diverse roles.
He marked his debut in the film industry with "Kismat" in 2007, following it with the lead role in the romantic drama "Mero Euta Saathi Chha," portraying a young royal indulged in a spoiled lifestyle. This film, inspired by the Korean hit "A Millionaire's First Love," propelled Aaryan Sigdel into the limelight, earning him significant appreciation for his portrayal of Jay Shamsher Junga Bahadur Rana. Despite encountering fluctuations in his career, this role contributed significantly to establishing his fan base.
Aaryan Sigdel hails from Gothikada in Surkhet district, born on August 5, 1984.[1] His family later relocated to Thankot, Kathmandu, where he spent his formative years. He commenced his education at Dipendra Police School and subsequently attended Mangloday High School in Thankot. A diligent student during his schooling, Aaryan pursued higher studies at Birendra Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, and later at Ratna Rajya Lakshmi Campus, Kathmandu. However, his passion for acting prompted him to engage in theater lessons and street plays with the Pariwartan troupe, cutting short his college studies in pursuit of an acting career.
